The tent is all set up!
We all started by playing Uno in the tent. Juliet won. :(
Then we roasted marshmallows for s’mores on a ‘campfire’.
Neomi’s first S’mores and she approved!
Curling up for sleep. The lantern has a softer red light.
No picture, but Juliet read a chapter of Harry Potter to Neomi in the tent. And then they chatted for what seemed to be an hour. About what? Who knows. But they seemed to be enjoying it!
!!UPDATE!!
Mom and Adam were working in the kitchen when we heard rain. NOT IN THE FORECAST! We ran out and out the rain fly on as quick as possible. They didn’t get that wet and Neomi slept through it. We’ll call it a ‘win’.
