We are off in Montana visiting colleges with Avalise over spring break (post to come). In Bozeman we had an amazing AirBnB for two nights. Neomi has been feverish so far all trip, but she finally started to feel a bit more like herself tonight. We played Go Fish a few times and she did catch on to the rules.
After the first game, aside from showing us her cards every now and again, she really caught on. And then won a game! Legit. Nyda was sitting next to her and did have a disadvantage. (Ava won the first game of Bucksmear(?) which Neomi did not play).
After cards, Ava read bedtime stories with Neomi.
