Happy Hanukkah!

Nyda put some cute pics on FB of us lighting candles. Neomi and Adam spent some time making Challah bread today. Tuesday, when Ava is here, we’ll do the more traditional potato latkes. 

Neomi was a natural. And this was Adam’s first solo (lead) attempt at challah or even bread, really, without a bread machine! The recipe was from Zahav. And like all of their recipes, it simply works and was amazing. 

Neomi liked punching the dough at first. Then she tried to massage it...

Nyda rescued us with braiding. 



Neomi exclaimed, ‘This is like painting!’.
